Meet The Owners

Ms. Shelley Peran has over 35 years of experience, 21 of which were as one of the founding owners and president of the now legendary Brecashe Jewelers, based in Boynton Beach, Florida. Brecashe, which had 15 employees and a client base of over 30,000, was known for its superb customer service.

Shelley has honed an intense and remarkable sense of entrepreneurship when she ventured out on her own at only 26 years of age. She has always found the creative aspects of the business inherently rewarding, and readily shares that as her favorite part of the customer service. Shelley is renowned as a jeweler’s jeweler, an expert who routinely advises and consults both clients and customers from all over the world. Her goal is getting to know her client’s taste and finding or designing exactly what they want. She has completed G.I.A. educational coursework on color and diamond grading.

Dawn Scannell has called Houston home since joining the esteemed Houston Ballet Company, rising to the position of Principal Ballerina. Fulfilling another dream Dawn was invited to be a BALLET MISTRESS for The Houston Ballet, and currently a Guest Ballet Mistress and Repetiteur for the company and companies abroad.

Choosing to leap into an additional artistic endeavor Dawn started her GIA education and shares Shelley’s desire to design beautiful pieces for clients or find that one perfect Diamond.

She and Shelley strive to create High Touch atmosphere with impeccable Jewelry.
